Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Sanad Quran Academy's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

1. General Code of Conduct

Students are expected to respect the teacher and maintain proper decorum during the online class. Tutors reserve the right to terminate a session if appropriate behavior is not maintained. We strictly prohibit the sharing of personal contact information between students and tutors.

2. Payment and Billing

• Tuition fees are billed on a monthly basis in advance.
• Failure to pay the monthly fee within the due date may result in a temporary suspension of classes.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing students.

3. Attendance and Makeup Classes

Students must be punctual for their scheduled classes. If a student is late, the teacher will wait for 10 minutes before marking the student absent. Makeup classes are only provided if the administration is notified at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time.

4. Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund within the first 7 days of your paid enrollment. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
